Easy Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
• Returned within 30 days of delivery

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us at returns@owm-network.website to initiate a return
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
4. Package the item securely with all original materials
5. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
6. Ship the item to the address provided by our team

Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Processing Returns

Once your return is received and inspected:

• We will send you an email notification of receipt
• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
• A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at returns@owm-network.website.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Contact us immediately at returns@owm-network.website
• Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
• Return shipping will be covered by us

International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs or import duties.
